Born in Germany, Tim grew up in an entrepreneurial household, gaining early exposure to the business world's challenges and rewards. At 25, he left Germany to pursue new beginnings in Australia.
In 2015, identifying inefficiencies in the warehouse storage industry, Tim co-founded BORACK, a company specializing in warehouse installations. Under his leadership, the company expanded to over 150 employees, operating in five major Australian cities.
Tim's passion for real estate investment grew alongside his business ventures. As a client of Rethink Investing, he has built a substantial property portfolio. His expertise and experience in property investment has led him to join Rethink as an Acquisitions Specialist, driven by his passion for sourcing the best deals for fellow investors.
