Backed by a Master of Actuarial Practice from Macquarie University, Kritika brings a strong quantitative and analytical lens to her work. She combines the rigour of numbers and data with a deep understanding of human behaviour to design metrics, dashboards, and processes that give the business clear visibility on performance and risk, while continually identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
As Operations Manager at Rethink, Kritika oversees the end-to-end performance of people, processes, and technology. She plays a key role in building scalable systems, strengthening compliance and credit quality, and implementing offshore capability to support sustainable growth. Her focus on clear goal setting, process discipline, and broker enablement allows the business to deliver a consistently high standard of client experience.
