Emma is part of Rethink Group’s leadership team and leads the marketing function across the Group’s portfolio of businesses, supporting the strategic direction, positioning and continued growth of the brand.
Her experience spans brand and marketing management, luxury brand positioning, event and sponsorship management, corporate events, creative direction and client engagement. She has worked across property and luxury lifestyle sectors, specialising in marketing to high-net-worth and international audiences, creating premium brand and client experiences.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of the Arts London, Emma combines a strong creative foundation with strategic and commercial thinking, bringing both perspectives to her role at Rethink Group.
